Veydros

The Firm

Two divisions. One method.

01 · The Conviction

Veydros was founded on an observation rather than an ambition.

Engagements rarely fail at the analysis. They fail at the seam — the point at which thinking is handed to someone who was not in the room when it was formed. Every handoff is a translation, and every translation loses something that nobody is subsequently accountable for.

The usual response to that is to manage the seam better: a governance layer, a steering committee, a transition plan. We took the other route and removed it. The people who diagnose the problem build the answer and run it, which is a harder firm to staff and a simpler one to hold responsible.

02 · The Structure

A practice, and the workshop that supplies it.

Veydros Consulting
Clarity by Design. The practice. Strategy, analytics, operations and brand for organisations that have run out of road with the obvious answer. Engagements begin here, and they begin with the question.
Axis Meridi Technologies
Software That Thinks Ahead. The workshop. Eight proprietary platforms in development, including OrangePeel and the D.A.E. engine. Technology born from consulting and built for the world — built for our own engagements first, which is the only honest way to find out whether software works.

One roof. One accountability. One answer to “who owns this on Monday?”

03 · The People

Who you will actually be speaking to.

Aarin Milliman Chief Executive Officer. Founder.
Daniel Gold Chief Technology Officer.

Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada

04 · On being young

We are a young firm, and we would rather you heard that from us.

There is a version of this page with a wall of logos on it. We are not going to build it, because we have not earned it, and because a young firm that fakes a track record has told you the most important thing about itself on the first screen.

What we will say is that being young is why the infrastructure is proprietary rather than inherited. Established firms are established on a toolchain they bought a decade ago and cannot now put down. We started after that decision point, and we made the expensive choice instead: we built the engine, and we built the division that maintains it, before we had a client roster to justify either.

Judge the method and the architecture. Those we can show you today. The rest we intend to earn, in public, in an order we can defend.
